As a mental health clinician I recommend this quick and easy read. It basically states what we are all thinking and saying to our selves or friends (anyone but the person who needs to hear it), but many of us don't have the guts/ courage to say for several different reasons. I have shared this book with my coworkers and clients alike, as may of them have hard times with setting much needed boundaries with people in their daily interactions. This again says what we're all thinking, without having or feeling the need to be politically correct!!
